Secure Your Booking
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and initiate pre-production.
On-Site Media Session
I arrive at the property and capture everything scheduled: photos, video, drone, etc. You’re welcome to be present, but it’s not required ⎯ just ensure access is arranged (lockbox, key, or someone onsite).
Media Editing + Delivery (24–48 hrs)
You’ll receive your images and video via a private online gallery.
Optional Add-Ons
Floor plans, virtual staging, and twilight edits can be requested before or after the shoot.
Download + List
Once your final balance is paid, you’ll receive your files for download and MLS use.

Media is typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Floor plans, virtual staging, and 3D renderings may take slightly longer depending on your selections.

Yes — 4–5 drone photos are included with every package when FAA regulations permit. If drone flight is restricted (e.g., near an airport), you’ll receive a $75 discount.

You’ll get a private online gallery with downloadable, MLS-ready files. Easy to access and ready to list.

A 50% deposit is due when booking to secure your shoot date. The remaining balance will be invoiced and due once your photos and/or video are ready for delivery. Payment can be made online via credit card or bank transfer ⎯ easy and secure.

I’ll send over a simple prep checklist after booking ⎯ things like tidying up, turning on lights, and decluttering. It makes a huge difference in the final photos.

Yes! Twilight edits are available for $15/photo and can be requested at the time of booking or after the shoot.

Absolutely — you can request virtual staging, floor plans, or twilight edits even after the shoot. Just let me know and I’ll update your invoice.

Yes. I offer custom packages for Airbnb, vacation rentals, and commercial spaces. Contact me with the property details for a quote.

I understand real estate moves fast — I’m happy to work with you when changes come up.
Weather-related reschedules (like rain, overcast skies, or high winds for drone flights) are always free of chargeand can be moved to the next available date.
For non-weather-related reschedules, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee, especially if I’ve already traveled to the property.
If the property isn’t ready for shooting upon arrival (e.g., people still moving, messy rooms, no access), I reserve the right to reschedule and charge a reshoot or wait fee.

Not at this time. I currently offer 2D and 3D floor plans, but interactive 3D Zillow tours are in development.
