      This is not a full second walkthrough ⎯ it’s a visual highlight add-on to elevate your existing footage.

Your Real Estate Media Session Timeline

  1. Submit Inquiry Form

    Begin by filling out the inquiry form below, with your property details (package selection, city, and preferred dates). You will receive a response within 24 hours.

  2. Quick Consultation (Optional)

    If needed, we’ll schedule a short call to discuss your vision, property highlights, or any special instructions. Otherwise, we’ll move forward with scheduling & confirmation via email.

  3. Confirm & Secure Your Booking

    Once the details are set, you’ll receive a photography agreement outlining the terms of the session. A 50% deposit is required to lock in the shoot date.

  4. On-Site Media Session

    I’ll arrive on time, ready to capture the property. You’re welcome to be present, but it’s not required ⎯ just ensure access is arranged (lockbox, key, or someone onsite).

  5. Final Delivery

    Your professionally edited, high-resolution photos will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2-5 business days, and 3-7 business days for video. From here, you can download, and share. Need it sooner? Rush delivery options are available upon request.

  • Yes! Same-day turnaround is available for morning sessions only, and comes with a rush fee starting at $150 for photos and $200 for videos. Ask me about availability when booking.

  • Just fill out the inquiry form on my site with the property address, size, and your preferred dates. I’ll follow up within 24 hours to confirm details and availability.

  • A 50% deposit is due when booking to secure your shoot date. The remaining balance will be invoiced and due once your photos and/or video are ready for delivery. Payment can be made online via credit card or bank transfer ⎯ easy and secure!

  • Great question! I’ll send over a simple prep checklist after booking ⎯ things like tidying up, turning on lights, and decluttering. It makes a huge difference in the final photos.

  • Overcast skies are usually fine for interior photos and videos, but for exterior or drone shots, I always aim for sunny conditions to showcase the property at its best, and also safety purposes. If the weather isn’t ideal for those parts of the shoot, I’ll reach out to reschedule the exterior or drone portion ⎯ or we can adjust your package if needed. Your listing deserves to shine, and I want to capture it in the best light possible!

  • Every photo package included high-resolution edited images, a private online gallery, and full rights for marketing use. Add-ons like drone photography or video are available too.

  • I don’t currently offer virtual staging or 3D tours yet ⎯ but I focus on capturing each space in its best natural light and layout.
