Event Coverage Timeline

  1. Submit Your Inquiry

    Start by filling out the inquiry form below with your event details (type of occasion, location, and ideal dates). I’ll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

  2. Consultation Call

    Once I receive your form, we’ll schedule a quick consultation call to chat about your vision, needs, and expectations. We’ll also finalize the date and location at this time.

  3. Reserve Your Spot

    After our call, I’ll send over a simple photography service agreement. A 50% deposit is required to lock in your date and officially reserve your session.

  4. Your Special Day

    When your event or wedding begins, I’ll be there on time, ready to capture every detail ⎯ from the decor and venue atmosphere, to those in between moments that make the day so meaningful. My style is a blend of candid storytelling and gentle guidance for portraits, so you can stay present while I document it all with care.

  5. Photo Gallery Delivery

    Your professionally edited, high-resolution photos will be delivered in a private online gallery. From there, you can download, share, and order prints whenever you’re ready.

  6. Custom Keepsakes

  • Yes! You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download your images and order beautiful, professional quality prints or albums. If you’d like a more hands-off experience, I can personally curate your album or a custom print selection for you ⎯ turning your memories into a timeless keepsake without the overwhelm.

  • Absolutely! I love traveling for photoshoots, and am always up for broadening my shoot locations. Whether it's a beautiful beach, a charming city, or a picturesque countryside, I'm excited to explore new places, and capture stunning moments. If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss the details!

  • My travel expenses are dependent on the distance between us. I include 50 miles of travel with every photoshoot session at no additional cost. For distances beyond that, I typically charge per mile for driving. If you're within a flight's distance I will simply just charge you for the flight.

  • For weddings, full galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks. For other events, turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks. I also love sending sneak peeks within a couple of days so you have something beautiful to enjoy and share while the rest is being perfected. :)

  • To officially reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. If you’d like to add extra hours or services along the way, I’m happy to send an updated invoice ⎯ everything is clearly laid out so there are no surprises.

  • I always recommend having a backup plan just in case; whether it’s a covered area, an indoor space, or tented setup. That said, some of the most memorable and romantic photos happen in unexpected weather. I’m always ready to adapt and make magic with whatever the day brings, rain or shine.
